Roof Trusses are an engineered timber product produced in many countries such as North America, Scandinavia, the UK, Europe and The Baltics and mostly require TR26 Graded Timber.

Trusses are well known in the Offsite MMC Timber Frame Industry, and in general construction one of the most affordable ways to construct a roof. Different designs can be called upon from simple web style (triangular) trusses to attic trusses allowing for a room in the roof.

Advantages: trusses are simple to fit, easy to transport and light to handle and will always be designed by qualified designers to handle the stability of the roof safely, long-term with consideration of the location and weather patterns such as snow, wind and rain.

TRUSS MATERIAL TR26

Timber for Trusses is supplied as Kiln Dried and structural graded to TR26 or C24 strength class (BSEN338) and generally is available from Scandinavia produced from Whitewood form Northern Forests. Germany produces some material also.
