Decking, Fencing & Poles
Decking Timber is generally Kiln Dried, Profiled, Softwood in Spruce (Whitewood) or Pine (Redwood) Tanalith Treated to ensure longevity or performance. The timber is specifically graded for reduced defects and sound, live knots.
Decking Timber can be supplied from Canada/USA but is presently mainly sourced from Scandinavian, Baltic or European and UK sources.

Fence Posts Treated UC4
Baltic Fence Posts Spruce “incisized” to allow treatment to protect deep into the post. This pre-impregnation process ensures that the chemical treatment impregnates 6mm which delivers the stipulated BS8417 15 year service life. Pine treats as normal.

Poles and Logs Agricultural Fencing
Poles and Logs generally coming from Baltic Countries or Eastern European are regularly shipped to the UK either treated or untreated. They are manly used in the farming (agricultural) and forestry sector for fencing and garden applications.
